If you were admitted to a non-State-funded study place, you must pay your semester fee by the end of the first month of the current semester. If you have submitted a loan application to cover your tuition fees, the payment deadline may be extended until you receive the loan, but no later than 1 December in the autumn semester and 1 May in the spring semester.
Tuition fees may be reduced for students who are actively engaged in sports and represent the University, as well as for students who are actively engaged in the University's scientific activities and students who have been actively engaged in the University's cultural activities for at least two years. Tuition fees are reduced by at least 30 percent for one semester.
State-supported loans are available to students each year during the autumn and/or spring semesters. Loan repayment begins one year after graduation or termination of studies. The repayment period is 15 years. During the study period, interest on loans to cover tuition fees and partial studies abroad may be covered by the State Studies Foundation, unless you graduate, suspend studies, or take academic leave.

Rotation* is an annual process where students are ranked based on their learning outcomes, which are assessed and assigned to different performance levels.
Students studying in non-State-funded places who achieve the highest results may be moved to State-funded places during rotation or if another student in a State-funded place discontinues their studies, while those in State-funded places who fail to meet the criteria for high-achieving students may lose their funding. The rotation takes place after retaking the exams, but no later than 30 September of each year.
*Only EU/EFTA citizens can participate in the rotation.
