Do you have questions about your studies or activities?
Have you lost your student ID card, want to check on the study process, or perhaps are looking for a club or project to join? The coordinators and volunteers of the Vilnius University Students' Representation will answer most of your questions.
The VU Mentoring Programme connects students with mentors who can help them better understand study processes and guide them in planning their academic journey. Mentors can become trusted guides who support you in finding the right study path, developing independence, planning, and communication skills, as well as giving tips on staying motivated. Find your mentor and start your university journey with confidence and purpose from day one!
Vilnius University is committed to being inclusive and open to students with disabilities, striving to ensure equal opportunities for everyone to pursue their studies. To ensure appropriate study conditions, the University considers the individual needs arising from disabilities and applies flexible study arrangements.
Students with disabilities include those with long-term physical, mental, intellectual, or sensory impairments that, in interaction with various barriers, may hinder their full and effective participation in studies on an equal basis with other students. Therefore, this includes long-term mental health conditions, autism spectrum disorders, attention deficits, and learning disabilities (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia, etc.).
Students with disabilities may customise their study process, receive targeted financial support, and use assistive technologies and equipment. If you have a disability, please complete the confidential questionnaire (you will find it below) as early as possible. You will then be able to discuss opportunities to personalise your study process with the Disability Affairs Coordinator.
Academic advisors are here to help answer questions related to your study processes and finances. You can contact them at the Counseling and Career Centre or each academic unit (faculty). Individual consultations are free of charge.

The VU Chaplain and their team provide spiritual counselling and support, help prepare students for the sacraments, invite the University community to participate in Ignatian prayer, Bible studies, and faith exploration groups , offer spaces in St Johns’ Church and the student chapel for meditation, time with God, and personal reflection.
Vilnius University offers free in-person and remote career consultations in both Lithuanian and English for students seeking advice and guidance on their career paths.
The Career Centre also offers practical training to help students assess their core competencies, as well as seminars on applying for internships and navigating the job market. In addition, students can receive feedback on their CVs and cover letters.
